Job Description

  • Position Business Development Executive
  • Experience 0.6 to 2 years
  • Location Gurugram/Hybrid
  • Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Day Only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, digital transformation, cloud, and software solutions.
  • Write, prepare, and customize business proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and capability documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, design) to craft solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, and networking.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos both virtual and in-person.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups via CRM.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
  • Support bid management processes and ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0.62 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales, business development, or pre-sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in writing proposals, sales decks, or case studies.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT service delivery models.
  • Experience with B2B and international client outreach.
  • Awareness of current technology and outsourcing trends.
