Job Description

Responsibilities:

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, including server hardware, networking equipment, and environmental systems (HVAC, power, etc.)
Perform physical installations, configurations, upgrades, and decommissions of server and network equipment.
Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate when needed.
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of hardware assets and cabling layouts.
Perform regular data center walkthroughs and inspections for equipment status and facility conditions.
