Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (C1 English Proficiency Required)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking confident and articulate candidates for the position of International Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language at C1 level proficiency. If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enjoy interacting with people across the globe, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards
• Follow process guidelines and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Document interactions and update customer information accurately
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluent in English with C1 level proficiency (CEFR) strong grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Prior experience in international voice process is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts (if applicable)
