Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Policybazaar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for sales and customer service roles in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
