Job Title: Analyst

Description:
* Conduct corporate governance and sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors
* Analyze the Annual Reports, CSR Report, Proxy Statement and Articles of a company to fetch information with regards to Corporate Governance/sustainability related data
* Understand and analyze company Policies, Processes and Commitments towards its shareholders and other indirect investors and stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Understanding of ESG concepts is an added advantage

Skills required:
* Secondary Research
* Logical thinker

Education :

MBA Finance/Marketing graduates
