Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including UK and US.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Work on rotational shifts, including evenings (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and weekends.
  • Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
