Manage denial management processes to minimize claim rejections and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
Conduct thorough reviews of patient accounts, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with internal teams, including billing, coding, and customer service to resolve complex claims disputes.
Analyze data trends and develop strategies to improve denial rates and reduce write-offs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for RCM best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in US healthcare or related field, preferably in AR calling, EHR systems, or RCM roles.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers/patients over phone calls.
