Job Description:
2. Responsible to work closely with internal & external stakeholders (on a need basis) for auditing the Background Verification process Company Reports
3. Accountable to determine the Validity and Authenticity of the company been reviewed for recruitment purpose
4. He / she will gather relevant and objective information about the organization and identify potential risk
5. He/ she will work in Background Verification process and Auditing (if possible & good fit)
6. He/ She will investigate the discrepancies found in terms of external candidates BGV & provide guidance / resolution to candidatures.
7. He/ she will conduct regular assessment to identify risk in the process and suggest on process improvement
8. Flexible to learn and grow & good in reporting skills
9. Good to have - Prior experience in Background Check or Compliance or Audit
Skills Required: Good communication skill (Read, write & verbal), Attention to details, Problem solving, Data Analysis, Auditing and have good knowledge in data investigation.
