- Post job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Perform reference checks and verify candidate credentials
- Issue employment contracts and onboarding documents
Onboarding & Orientation
- Facilitate new hire orientation programs
- Ensure completion of enrollment procedures
- Explain company policies, benefits, and expectation
- HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management procedures
- Schedule HR meetings, interviews, and events
- Respond to internal HR-related queries
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
- Help develop and implement HR procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informatio
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management procedures
- Schedule HR meetings, interviews, and events
- Respond to internal HR-related queries
Required candidate profile-
Good written & verbal communication
Assist in recruitment coordination activities as needed.
Managed some data/audit related or similar activities.
Flexible with work timings or to work on Saturday.
Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
