Designation - Area Manager /Store Managers / Assistant Store Managers/ Department Managers

Experience: 5 Years to 18 Years

Location: across Karnataka & Tamil Nadu

Preferable candidates from - FMCG Sales and Operation

Production/ Assembly Line/ Manufacturing /Automobile .

Garments production Operation

QSR, Food Industry, Multi Restaurant / Caf chain Operation

Cinema / Entertainment

Multi Store Operation

Roles and Responsibilities :

Is responsible for overall store operations. An average store has approximately 300 + staffs
Timely opening of Store and adherence to all the processes at store opening
Optimum utilization of manpower & Team Development
Customer Satisfaction/ Service, Avoid stock outs, loss of sale
Loss Prevention, Customer Satisfaction & Service
Pilferage Control
Asset Maintenance, customer convenience & service
Team Building, Employee Engagement
Space Management, Maintain the hygiene, customer service, safety of staff & Customers, Avoid loss of sale
Smooth Stores operation
Statutory Compliance
Safety of store Assets & Property
