Job Description
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting Groceries items.
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive.
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Process billing and payments accurately at the POS counter.
- Support store operations including cleanliness, restocking, and team collaboration.
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 13 years of experience in retail sales (retail sector preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
