Job Summary:

Join our dynamic International Chat Support Team at IntouchCX. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in chat-based international customer support. If you are an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset and are ready to join immediately we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat with professionalism and empathy
  
• Deliver accurate information regarding products and services
  
• Document all interactions in CRM systems
  
• Meet performance metrics (TAT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in international chat support
  
• Strong written English communication skills
  
• Typing speed: 3035 WPM with high accuracy
  
• Ability to handle multiple chats and multitask efficiently
  
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM/chat platforms preferred
