Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for Production Support.

5 to 7 yrs exp with L1 / L2 Production Support
Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, Unix script (say 5/10)
Very good spoken and written communication
Good Attitude and willing to learn
Should have interacted / worked directly with clients (expected to join calls with stakeholders in UK & provide updates)
Need to be based out of Bangalore and expected to work from office 2-3 days a week
Will need to work on shifts when needed (provide outside office hours oncall support)
Working knowledge with tools like Jira & Confluence ( Good To have )
