- Sansera Engineering is looking for a dedicated Safety Officer/Deputy Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all safety regulations are strictly adhered to, in line with company policies and legal standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting safety inspections, developing training programs, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records. Collaborating with different departments, you will foster a culture of safety and compliance within the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting regular safety audits, creating and implementing training programs, investigating accidents, and maintaining safety documentation. You will also collaborate with management and employees to enhance safety awareness and best practices, while staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Moreover, you will provide guidance to employees on safety procedures, assist in emergency response planning, and conduct drills when necessary. We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in conducting safety training, familiarity with safety management systems, and experience with risk assessment tools are also essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of incident reporting tools are required as well.
