Marketing Associate (HR Tech SaaS)

Reporting To: Mujjamil, Senior Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking energetic Marketing Associates to support growth and lead generation for our HR Tech SaaS platform. You will work on campaigns targeting HR leaders, recruiters, and talent managers, creating meaningful engagement and driving customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute marketing campaigns focused on HR leaders and decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and digital channels
* Assist in creating case studies, whitepapers, and product-focused content for the HR audience
* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for conversion improvements
* Coordinate with sales teams to support lead nurturing for HR-specific accounts
* Research HR Tech trends, competitor strategies, and industry events for brand positioning
Requirements:
* 02 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech
* Strong communication and content creation skills for a professional HR audience
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics, and lead-gen funnels
* Understanding of HR Tech trends like ATS, employee engagement, or HRMS is a plus
