Leading structural engineering company requires Mgr / Sr Mgr- PEB Sales- Ahmedabad

We are looking out for Mgr/ Sr Sales Mgr for our client office for Ahmedabad location.

Job Summary:
The Mgr/ Sr Sales Manager for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for direct customers, architects etc.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Masters degree in Sales & Marketing or bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of sales experience in the construction, PEB, or related industry.
- Experience in technical sales or engineering sales is must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the PEB market and achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with concerned authorities for the approvals.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the clients to address complex inquiries and ensure effective solution selling.
- Develop detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals inconsideration with Sales Manager.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
