We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading banking sector clients. The ideal candidates should have prior experience or educational exposure in the banking domain. Your role will involve resolving customer queries via phone, email, or chat and providing excellent service in compliance with client standards.
Handle customer queries related to banking products/services.
Perform inbound/outbound calls or support via email/chat.
Update customer information and maintain case logs.
Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality support.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.
Graduation in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred).
6 months to 3 years of customer service experience in BFSI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of banking products and services.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Experience in voice/email/chat processes.
Multilingual communication (added advantage).
Knowledge of KYC, loans, cards, or account services.
