Job Description
- The Data Analyst position in the Telecommunications & Fiber Industry is a full-time role located in Mumbai, Tirupati, and Chennai. As a Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for data analysis, data & system architecture, and dashboard development. Your expertise in transforming data into actionable insights will drive strategic business decisions. You will be tasked with collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and anomalies. Designing and maintaining data architectures will be essential to ensure data integrity and security across multiple platforms. Developing interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and metrics for stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will need to create comprehensive reports that offer actionable insights for strategic planning and operational improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, project managers, and IT professionals, is crucial to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Implementing data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is required. Experience in dashboard development using tools like Power BI or similar platforms is essential. Knowledge of telecommunications and fiber network infrastructures, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications in data analytics or system architecture, prior experience in the telecommunications or fiber industry, and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Asana, FastField, MS Office, MS Teams, QuickBooks Enterprise, MS Automate, and Power BI for reporting and dashboard visualization.,
