You will be working as a full-time on-site Assistant Professor of HRM & OB at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research in Chennai. Your role will primarily involve teaching, research, and academic duties related to Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, along with prior experience in teaching courses on HRM and OB. Strong research abilities in the field of HRM & OB are essential, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills. A Ph.D. or an equivalent qualification in HRM, OB, or a relevant field is required for this role. Any experience in academic administration would be considered a bonus. Additionally, you should stay updated with the latest trends and practices in HRM & OB and have the capability to work effectively in a diverse academic setting.
