Sales or Collection Job Role (will confirm Job role after final selection)
Voice Process - Work from Office
Shift- Female & Male shift 9 hours rotational shift between 8AM to 8PM as per roster.
6 days working- Rotational
1 Week off - Rotational

* Excellent verbal communication in Assamese/Oriya
* Willingness to work in a target-driven outbound calling environment
* Ability to manage and resolve customer queries efficiently
* Basic computer and typing skills

Role & responsibilities
:Sales/Collections (will be confirmed after final selection)
Nature of Calls: Agents will be making outbound calls to customers either for selling products/services (Sales)
recovering dues/payments (Collections)
Sales or Collections domain
