Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Siebel solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, eScripting, and Open UI.
- Integrate Siebel with external systems using EAI, VBC, and adapters.
- Administer Siebel Repository and manage data loading and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct testing, prepare documentation, and provide end-user training as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siebel implementation and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
