Assistant Manager - Service Desk @ Genesis Hr Services

Job Description

You should have a minimum of 8 years of total experience with at least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead and 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager on paper. Your skills should include expertise in Service desk, technical support, ITIL, ITSM, Servicenow, Incident Management, Change management, Ticketing Tool, SLA management, Helpdesk, and Service desk Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of 20 or more individuals. This position is based in Pune with a CTC of 10 LPA. The notice period required is immediate to 60 days, and the work schedule is 5 days a week from the office. Candidates from Maharashtra are preferred.
