QA Test Lead @ Hiring

Job Description

As a QA Tester Lead at our Bengaluru location, you will play a crucial role in leading the QA efforts for embedded and software systems. With over 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving automation initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables in an Agile environment, and mentoring a team of testers. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing performance and skill development, planning and managing QA tasks, executing manual and automated testing, and driving the implementation of test automation frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, clear communication of testing status, and ensuring compliance and consistency in testing processes will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 8 years of QA/testing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in both manual and automation testing, expertise in embedded systems and hardware/software integration testing, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, are required. Additionally, you should have experience with tools such as JIRA, test management tools, and scripting languages. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, will be beneficial for success in this role.,
