Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Veeva Core SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration along with domain experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our business processes and contribute to our mission of advancing scientific research.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Veeva Core to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Must be able to read interpret and write Apex SOQL Visualforce code. Configure and customize SFDC Lightning to meet the specific needs of our organization and enhance user experience.
- Utilize SFDC Configuration skills to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics to support scientific research and data analysis.
- Optimize existing systems and processes to improve performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for software development within the organization.
- Support end-users by providing training and assistance to maximize the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Must be experienced Apex Languages SQL Database Technologies SF Deployment SFDX Change sets SF Metadata API
- Demonstrate proficiency in Veeva Core with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Lightning with the ability to customize and configure applications effectively.
- Possess expertise in SFDC Configuration ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Have domain knowledge in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics supporting scientific research initiatives.
- Show experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders fostering collaboration and understanding.
