Job Description
Role Overview
As a OTA Content & Listing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing and content operations teams to enhance the visual presentation of properties across multiple OTA platforms. The role focuses on uploading, editing, and sequencing property images to ensure they meet platform guidelines, attract potential guests, and align with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload property exterior and interior photos to OTA platforms including Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and others.
- Crop, resize, and enhance images for clarity and visual appeal.
- Arrange photos in an optimal sequence to highlight key property features.
- Ensure content complies with each platforms specifications and Belvillas brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate tracking of uploaded and pending listings using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the photography team, property managers, and operations to obtain updated or missing visuals.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure images are error-free before publishing.
- Support content audits to keep OTA listings fresh and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and MakeMyTrip preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and platform guidelines.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
