JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Roles:
Increase the Branch business by:
1.Field Marketing.
2.Generate Leads on daily basis.
3.Conversation of leads
4.Sales Calls
5.Generate new customer Business for GL and Third party.
Responsibilities:
1.Achieve Monthly Sales Target.
2.Cross selling and up selling of third Party and group products to Gold Loan customers.
3.Adhere to lending norms and maintain integrity in customer transactions.
4.Support the branch in interest collection.
5.Conduct branch catchment development activities and generate customer leads and converting them to NCA.
Skill sets preferred:

Communication:
Conversant in local language and English
Educational Requirement:
Graduate with experience at least of 06 months /PLUS TWO with two years sales experience
