Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in permanent hiring for IT roles within Services and Global Capability Centres (GCC). You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs.

Responsibilities.

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, focusing on contract hires for IT roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
• Oversee the preparation of offer letters, coordinate with the onboarding team, and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Desired Skills:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on permanent hiring for IT roles.
• Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT and engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
