1. Receiving Process
1.1) Oversee the smooth entry and exit of Line Haul vehicles, including timely gate operations and seal checks.
1.2) Supervise the unloading, receiving & staging of shipments bags (including semi large shipments & GTNL)
1.3) Reconcile received shipments against the ERP system for accuracy.
1.4) Ensure empty bags from the previous day are routed to sort centers via material handling systems.
2. Returns Process
2.1) Scan Return to Origin (RTO) bags and route them to the sortation centers.
2.2) Load semi-large and volumetric RTO shipments into sortation center vehicles.
2.3) Manage bagging of all return shipments.
3) Out for Delivery Process
3.1) Scan every shipment & sort them per area and routes.
3.2) Mark received shipments in ERP and missing shipments in the appropriate form. (as "Bags Received, Shipments not Received)
3.3) Create & assign run sheets for all the shipments (volumetric shipments included) for all Delivery Wish Masters.
3.4) Prioritize attempting undelivered Kirana shipments from the previous day.

3.5) Adhere to the pickup process assign return shipments to Wish Masters, verify pickups, and close the pickup sheet once returns are
entered into the ERP system.
