Job Description

Role: Presales/Customer Succes

Work Mode: Hybrid

Exp: 5 to 10 years

Total Positions: 3 (2- 5 to 8 years & 1- 8 to 10 years)

Desired Skillset: Presales, RFP, Proposals, US Healthcare, Medical Devices Regulation projects

Role & responsibilities:

  • Work across a broad range of domain & technology areas
  • Work closely with Sales team to understand client business problems & formulate potential solutions.
  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and present CitiusTech solutions & services.
  • Track & research market trends (business + technology) and form CT perspective via blogs, external articles, whitepapers etc.
  • Work closely with Market & CT leadership across the sales cycle.
  • Support sales cycle deliverables such as meeting presentations, demos, RFIs, RFPs etc.
  • Provide domain guidance to project team

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in Sales consulting (presales) activities
  • Strong technical background in US healthcare segment
  • Well versed with healthcare standards, terms & terminologies (e.g., EDI, ICD, HL7, CCD, HIPAA, DICOM etc.)
  • Good understanding of the general healthcare terminologies, Medical Devices, medical imaging, digital pathology, and workflows, especially EMR, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Hospitals, Ambulatory clinics and RCM
  • Expertise in requirements elicitation, client engagement, requirements documentation and communication
  • Experience designing and creating wireframes for enterprise healthcare applications
  • Excellent communication skills written as well as verbal
  • Strong critical reasoning & analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work / support US Sales team

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in agile application development methodology
  • Experience in product management / project management
  • Ability to understand architectures of cloud-based solutions at a high level
  • Knowledge and general understanding of database concepts and organization
  • Understanding of SQL and a programming language
