Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain testing protocols for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging. - Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and oversee Quality Control (QC) operations. - Conduct finished goods testing and batch validation to uphold product quality and safety. - Lead Packaging Material Quality Control (PM-QC) and maintain quality standards with vendors. - Manage clinical testing from design to execution and data review. - Identify and address quality risks in new product development processes. - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure readiness for regulatory audits. - Foster collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Production teams. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Quality Control, Laboratory Management, and Clinical Testing in the Pet Food, Food, or FMCG sector. - Strong knowledge of GLP, ISO standards, and food safety norms. - Experience in clinical and laboratory testing with an analytical mindset. - Proficiency in project management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. - Effective cross-functional communication and teamwork skills.
