Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Monitor and record the quality of all incoming Raw Materials (To ensure that all critical parameters should be meet our specification before unloading ,Like Organoleptic parameters ,Residue results , etc., )
- Monitor and adhere the in- process personal hygiene practices (Includes ,head cap , mask ,operon ,Frequent hand wash & disinfection , Gumboot ,Etc., by physical observation & testing )
- Observe and record the CCPs limits (Label & packing , metal detector ,RM temperature , antibiotic free,etc ., )
- Monitor and maintain the Equipment sanitation clearances (From RM to FG by physical observation & testing )
- Conduct training for GMP, Hygiene and sanitation practices, in- process technical programs , Etc.,
- All-critical control temperatures from RM to FG to be monitor and record
- Coordinate with QC team to ensure that all samples are be collected and tested as per their testing plan (OR) EU /EIC Regulatory requirements (water quality , Personnel hand and equipment swab , air monitoring , Residue and micro testing for RM &FG samples, etc., process additives purity , packing material sterility ,organoleptic parameters )
- Maintain and update the all documents pertains to quality and regulatory requirements
- Check and update the all in-process equipments external and internal calibrations
- Observe and record the stage wise in process and product Quality deviations
