Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on OpenText Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and implementing OpenText solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OBM upgrades, NNMi (Network Node Manager), Application Performance Management (APM), Business Value Dashboard (BVD), and Operations Orchestration (OO). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, performance optimization, and automation of IT operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute OBM (Operations Bridge Manager) upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Administer and maintain NNMi (Network Node Manager) for network monitoring and fault management.
- Implement and support APM (Application Performance Management) solutions to monitor and improve application performance.
- Design and configure Business Value Dashboards (BVD) to provide real-time insights into IT operations and business metrics.
- Develop and maintain Operations Orchestration (OO) workflows for automation of routine tasks and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to align OpenText solutions with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the OpenText ecosystem.
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText technologies.
- Proven expertise in:
- OBM Upgrade and Administration
- NNMi Configuration and Management
- APM Implementation and Tuning
- BVD Dashboard Development
- Operations Orchestration Workflow Design
- Strong understanding of IT operations, monitoring, and automation.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- OpenText certifications in relevant modules.
- Experience in enterprise environments with complex IT landscapes.
