Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Produce flows, wires, hifi screens, and clickable prototypes for assigned stories.
• Specify UI states, validations, and microcopy; ensure consistency with tokens and patterns.
• Validate on Edge/Chrome; perform a11y checks (contrast, focus order, keyboard, labels/aria).
• Prepare handoff artifacts (specs/redlines); support dev through build and design QA.
• Maintain Figma hygiene (naming, variants, documentation) and contribute back small components.
• Capture and address UAT feedback; close design defects promptly.

Must-Have Skills

• 36 yrs UX for enterprise forms/tables; solid Figma craft; a11y basics; strong attention to detail and communication.

Good-to-Have

• Storybook pairing; basic CSS/HTML awareness for handoff quality; i18n awareness; performancefriendly UI patterns.
