Job Title: UI/UX Designer (SaaS Products)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 3-5 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for IT SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and usability standards.
- Optimize designs based on user behavior, analytics, and performance insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or IT products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user experience and interface design projects.
- Good understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Ability to interpret product analytics and user data.
- Experience in creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
