International Chat Process Executive- Experienced @ IntouchCX

Job Description

We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our International Chat Support Team. The role involves assisting global customers via chat, ensuring timely resolutions, and delivering exceptional service experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer chats for international clients.
  
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and processes.
  
• Resolve queries related to products, services, or accounts within defined turnaround times.
  
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
  
• Document interactions and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
  
• Meet performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written English communication skills.
  
• Typing speed of at least 3545 WPM with accuracy.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  
• Basic knowledge of customer service tools and CRM systems (added advantage).
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in international customer support.
  
• Willing to work night shifts to support international time zones.
  
• Comfortable with rotational offs.
