Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized HR Operations Specialist who will be responsible for internal hiring (Bench Sales Recruiters, US IT Recruiters, Healthcare Recruiters, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, etc.) and manage day-to-day HR operations. The role demands a mix of recruitment, HR compliance, and Employee Management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end internal recruitment for roles in US IT Staffing (Recruiters, Bench Sales, BDMs, etc.).
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for internal teams.
Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand requirements and close positions on time.
Conduct HR rounds and salary discussions for shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly update hiring dashboards.
Manage onboarding formalities: document collection, employee data entry, and induction planning.
Maintain employee records, prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee queries using HRMS tools.
Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention activities.
Ensure all HR records are audit-ready and compliant with company policies.
Coordinate internal appraisals and maintain feedback records.
Conduct Team building
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's any stream
Hands-on experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets.....
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience hiring for an IT Staffing/Recruitment firm.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn is a plus.
Discreet, professional, and well-organized.
Comfortable to work in EST Zone [Night Shifts]
