The WMI Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMI locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking.
We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong experience in Temenos Transact development, particularly in core banking customizations, interfaces, and API integrations. This role requires hands-on leadership to deliver scalable and maintainable banking solutions. ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and customization of Temenos Transact (T24) modules. Develop and enhance local developments, AA products, and integration components. Define and implement API-based integrations with external systems (internal/external APIs, OFS, TCI). Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects for technical feasibility and solution design. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimizations. Support DevOps practices for automated builds, deployments, and version control. Skills
Must have 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in Temenos Transact (T24) development. Deep understanding of TAFJ architecture, jBASE/TAFC environment, and core banking customizations. Strong expertise in building local developments, creating versions, enquiries, templates, and APIs (OFS). Good knowledge of messaging formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, JSON, XML). Java development skills (Spring Boot, microservices) are desirable Familiarity with Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) or payment integrations is an advantage. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
