Job Description

Role Overview:

Senior business leader accountable for driving revenue growth and market penetration in India. Lead high-value pursuits, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and expand UnifyTechs footprint in BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, and Hi-Tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and exceed revenue and margin goals from new and existing enterprise clients.
• Win large transformation deals focused on AI, Automation, Platformization, and IT Services.
• Expand strategic account portfolios through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
• Shape verticalized GTM plans and build strong CXO connections.
• Provide commercial leadership and align delivery, legal, and finance in sales closures.

Qualifications:

• Successful track record of closing 25Cr100Cr+ annual revenue deals in India.
• Deep industry connects and insight into buyer behaviors across Indian enterprise sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen, value-selling, and strategic relationship management.
• Leadership presence to represent UnifyTech at forums, boards, and partner ecosystems
