Job Description
- Extensive experience leading complex BW projects with a strong background in BW modeling, extraction, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end BW projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively.
- Lead the design and optimization of BW solutions across multiple SAP domains including HR, Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Customer Service (CS), and Financial Accounting (FI).
- Implement and manage Integrated Planning solutions.
- Utilize advanced BW4HANA modeling techniques including Advanced DataStore Objects (ADSO), Composite Providers, and Calculation Views on ADSO.
- Oversee the development of HANA enterprise models including Attribute Views, Analytic Views, and Calculation Views.
- Oversee and optimize data extraction methods in SAP BW 7.X, including Standard Extractors, LO Extractors, Generic Extractors, and Flat File Loads.
- Manage data provisioning techniques such as ODP extractors, SLT replication, BODS (data replication), and Flat File.
- Lead performance tuning efforts, including maintenance of aggregates, indexes, and InfoCube compression. Ensure efficient query performance and data load automation.
- Direct the development and enhancement of ABAP code related to BW, including Start/End/Field/Expert routines, Data Source enhancements, and Customer Exit variables.
- Provide technical guidance on ABAP programming best practices and troubleshooting. Reporting and Analytics Strategy:
- Oversee the development of reporting solutions using BEx Reporting, BEx Analyzer, and Analysis for Office (AFO).
- Drive the implementation of advanced analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends. Promote innovative solutions and best practices within the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
