Presales RFx Analyst - Security Questionnaires @ Aeries Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Security Questionnaire Management: Complete and submit detailed security questionnaires and assessments for prospective and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Experience with Quickbase and Loopio is a bonus.

Technical Research: Conduct continuous technical research via internal tools and external resources to ensure that the most relevant and up-to-date information is included in all responses.

Collaboration: Work closely with the security, product, and compliance teams to gather necessary information and stay updated on the latest security features, certifications, and compliance changes.

Technical Writing: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of responses to common security-related questions and ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with our security posture.

RFx Insights and Metrics: Regularly provide insights and metrics to leadership, including win/loss rates, selected for demo rates, and submission rates, to help guide strategy and decision-making.

Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers security-related inquiries during the presales process, providing clear and confident explanations of our security protocols.
