Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is hiring talented and enthusiastic professionals for our Chat Process. If you have excellent English communication skills and are looking for a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service level agreements and quality parameters.
• Document all customer interactions in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
• Experience:
• Freshers 3.5 LPA
• 712 months experience 4 LPA
• Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (preferred).

Work Details:

• 5 days working | 2 days rotational week off
• Rotational shifts for both males & females (graveyard shifts included)
• Cabs provided
