Job Description
Experience Required: 68+ years (34+ years in AI/ML)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), scalable backend systems and API development.
Preferred Requirements:
Overall experience of 6-8+ years as Python Developer.
At least 3-4 years experience in AI and ML application development.
Must have worked with NLP projects.
Strong coding skills in Python and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Python frameworks (e.g., Fast API, Django, Flask,etc.).
Develop and manage RESTful APIs, async services, and WebSocket-based communication for AI agents and bots.
Work with data pipelines (ETL/ELT), perform feature engineering, and support ML workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
Manage cloud-based ML deployment using AWS or Azure.
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing (PyTest, Jest), security, and performance.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
Deep understanding in LLMs/SLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and building production-ready GenAI applications.
Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector search (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and embedding models and experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, LanGraph, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) for autonomous AI workflows.
