Were Hiring Offshore CDP Analyst (Remote)
Location: Offshore (Remote)
Reports to: Onshore Manager
Employment Type: TBDAbout the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Offshore Customer Data Platform (CDP) Analyst and help drive the smooth ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation of customer data across multiple platforms powering marketing, sales, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & validate data ingestion from CRM, marketing platforms, analytics, and offline systems
Perform data quality checks & maintain governance standards
Configure identity resolution to create golden customer records
Build & maintain reusable audience segments for activation in downstream platforms
Manage & troubleshoot API connections with integrated systems
Develop and maintain data workflows using Digdag, YAML, or similar tools
Run SQL queries for data validation, anomaly investigation, and reporting
Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and process maps
Collaborate closely with onshore teams to meet SLAs
Drive continuous improvement & automation initiativesQualifications:
24 years hands-on experience with CDPs (Treasure Data, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Salesforce Data Cloud, etc.)
Strong knowledge of CDP concepts: ingestion, integrations, identity resolution, segmentation, activation
Proficiency in SQL (Presto, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
Experience with API management, data workflows, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
Understanding of data governance & privacy regulations
Familiarity with marketing & sales systems (Salesforce, ESP, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics) Preferred Skills:
Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium Audience Stream, Salesforce Data Cloud experience
ETL/data pipeline tools & marketing activation APIs
