Job Description
- In this role, you will impact the organization by providing accurate financial data and insights that support decision-making and drive financial performance. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and streamline financial operations. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations, and implement changes as necessary. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Continuous learning mindset.
