UX Designer @ Mindteck

Job Description

1. User Research: Proficient in conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analysing user feedback to inform design decisions.
2. Information Architecture: Skilled in organizing information in a way that enhances usability and improves the user experience.
3. Prototyping and Wireframing: Expertise in using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
4. Visual Design: Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout for creating aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
5. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is realized in the final product.
6. Accessibility: Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure that designs are usable for people with disabilities.
7. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
