Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat support, providing timely and effective solutions.
Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and first call resolution rates.
