Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat channels to international customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, technical support, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Adhere to performance metrics, service level agreements, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a telecom background or billing, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in chat support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
