Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365/ D365 solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Deep understanding of at least 2 modules under Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 / D365 & their core functionalities.
Work closely with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in D365 and related technologies.
Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in D365.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex solutions.
Experience with CSS, Javascript, Dotnet, PowerApps, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
