We are looking forward to hire Flexible Real-Estate Management (RE-FX) Professionals in the following areas :
Looking for SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultatnt who can join us immediately
We are Open for Contractors.
Work on SAP S4 Hana AMS projects as an individual and independent contributor
Implement and integrate SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX) processes with third-party applications
Ensure automatic creation of Contracts, Renewals, Terminations, Leasein, Lease out, sublease, and Inbound and Outbound Interfaces
Implement interdependencies with SAP FI, CO, and SD modules
Implement requirements of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) including Straight Lining of Long-term leases and Revenue Recognition
Implement Accruals and Deferrals of lease-outs according to the basic principles
Perform Master Data migration, Cutover and Transaction data migration for Change Requests and Rollouts
Prepare high-quality project documents, work products, perform testing, resolve tickets, and provide user training
Requirements:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of SAP REFX functional experience as an individual and independent contributor
At least 1 implementation experience on SAP S/4 HANA platform in REFX
Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX) processes in integration with third-party applications
Knowledge of S4 Hana REFX Best practices is a plus
Experience in implementing interdependencies with SAP FI, CO, and SD modules
Implemented requirements of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) including Straight Lining of Long-term leases and Revenue Recognition
Implemented Accruals and Deferrals of lease-outs according to the basic principles
Master Data migration, Cutover, and Transaction data migration experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
