Job Description

Job Title: Collection Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Location: Bangalore

What You Will Do: Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and recovery. Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status. Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

What You Need to Succeed: Minimum of 6 months experience in collections or recovery (preferably with inhouse calling experience).

Willingness to work in a voice-based process. Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

Fluency in Hindi and English is required.

Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational offs
